Darren A. Miller is the owner and founder of D Miller & Associates PLLC, as well as an experienced Texas Personal injury lawyer himself.

Attorney Darren Miller received his Bachelor of Science from Texas A&M University in 1992 after which he attended the University of St. Thomas and received a Masters in Business Administration in 1993. Mr Miller was awarded  Juris Doctor in 1997 from Texas Southern University’s Thurgood Marshall School of Law.

In 1998 he began a solo practice, D. A. Miller & Associates and in 2001  became a named partner in the law firm of Matthews, Easley and Miller.  In August of 2002, Darren Miller realized his professional goal by building the law firm of  D. Miller & Associates, PLLC. dedicated to helping victims of injuries and accidents.

Ryan B. Bormaster –  Litigation Department

Attorney Ryan B. Bormaster handles the cases of Real Estate Law, Consumer Protection Law, Criminal Defense Law, Juvenile Law, Contract Law, Construction Law and general Trial Law. He graduated from Bellaire Senior High School and went on to finish his Bachelors Degree in Government and Philosophy from the University of Texas at Austin. He then attended Texas Southern University’s Thurgood Marshall School of Law where he graduated Cum Laude with his Juris Doctor. He was born and raised in Houston, Texas. Attorney Bormaster is a valued member of the State Bar of Texas, United States District Court, Southern District of Texas American Bar Association, Harris County Criminal Lawyers Association, and Texas Trial Lawyers Association.

Eric B. Bormaster – Attorney at Law

Eric B. Bormaster grew up in Houston, Texas and joined D. Miller & Associates, PLLC in 2003. Mr. Bormaster currently practices in the firm’s litigation section. His practice is focused on Consumer Protection Law, Criminal Defense, Personal Injury and Mass Tort Litigation and his representative experience includes representing refinery workers injured in catastrophic accidents, small business owners whose properties and businesses have been negatively impacted by major industrial accidents and individuals, families and small businesses in first party insurance litigation.

Mr. Bormaster received his B.A. in Psychology from the University of Texas at Austin and his law degree from Texas Southern University’s Thurgood Marshall School of Law. Prior to joining D. Miller & Associates, PLLC, Mr. Bormaster gained valuable legal work experience having completed a Judicial Internship with United States Magistrate Judge Marcia A. Crone, at the Southern District of Texas where he spent his time drafting “recommendations and opinions of law” for the courts review.

Mr. Bormaster is licensed in the State of Texas and in the United States District Courts for the Southern District of Texas and is a member of the Texas Bar Association, Texas Trial Lawyers Association, and American Bar Association.
