Gabrielle Becker grew up in San Antonio, Texas. She is fluent in both Spanish and English. After high school, Gabrielle earned her B. A. in Criminal Justice from Texas State University in San Marcos, Texas. After completing her undergraduate studies, she attended and graduated with her Law Degree from South Texas College of Law in Houston, Texas. During her time in Law School, she was a member of the Mock Trial Court Team, the Board of Advocates, and the Hispanic Law Student Association. Additionally, Attorney Becker spend time studying abroad in Europe and South America. After receiving her Law Degree, she was hired as a trial attorney with the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office. During her five years there, she tried several cases involving family violence, aggravated assaults, internet crimes against children, and many others. She also served on the Vehicular Crimes Unit where she prosecuted at fault drivers in catastrophic accidents. Gabrielle also spent time on the Special Victim’s Unit where we were able to successfully secure several life sentences for those who committed sexual abuse crimes. After her time at Montgomery County, she continued her career prosecuting serious offenders with the Comal District Attorney’s Office. During her time there, she was very successful prosecuting sexual abuse crimes. Attorney Becker has a passion for fighting sexual abuse crimes and pursuing justice for the survivors. She has followed this passion to our Litigation Team as a sexual assault civil trial attorney.
Gabrielle lives in San Antonio, Texas with her husband and fur baby, Riley Rae. When she’s not working, Gabrielle enjoys spending her time spoiling her fur baby, two stepping to George Strait, and watching Marvel movies.
