Clint Casperson is the Head of the Mass Tort division at D. Miller & Associates, PLLC. He has experience developing a variety of pharmaceutical/medical device cases and complex catastrophic personal injury cases through the litigation process and to trial. He has developed many cases in various Multidistrict Litigations and is well experienced in both state and federal court. He has earned awards from Texas Super Lawyer-Rising Stars every year from 2020-2024. Clint also recently presented an update about sexual abuse cases at HarrisMartin’s Multi-District Litigation Conference in December 2025.
