Andrew Kachnik was born and raised in Texas. He got his Bachelor of Science from Emory University in Atlanta, and studied law at the University of Houston Law Center.
He has experience working for claimants in wrongful death actions, products liability suits, sexual assault claims, employment discrimination (FMLA & FLASA) claims, inverse condemnation claims, premises liability claims; and he has experience going to trial in Texas divorce actions and habeas corpus proceedings.
Most recently, Andrew was the lead investigator for more than 200 plaintiffs in Hurricane Harvey related flooding cases.
He strongly believes that nobody should fear the law, and is an aggressive advocate for those he represents.
