Miller & Associates, PLLC® welcomes San Antonio native Gabrielle Becker to our team of legal heroes. She will serve as a sexual assault civil trial attorney on the firm’s Litigation Team. We are pleased to have her on board and look forward to working with her.

Becker is a graduate of South Texas College of Law in Houston. While at law school, she was a member of the Mock Trial Court Team and served on the Board of Advocates and the Hispanic Law Student Association. Before law school, she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice from Texas State University in San Marcos, Texas. The bilingual attorney, who speaks fluent Spanish and English, also studied abroad in Europe and South America. 

Becker Becomes Advocate for Children, Sexual Abuse Survivors

Becker has served in several roles in her law career, which has taken her to various offices throughout Texas. After finishing law school, she joined the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office in Conroe as a trial attorney. During her five years there, she tried various criminal cases, including family violence, internet crimes against children, and aggravated assaults, among others.    

Becker also worked on cases  in the Special Victim’s department at the district attorney’s office. She prosecuted at-fault drivers in catastrophic accidents while working on the team in the Vehicular Crimes Unit. She also secured several life sentences for individuals convicted of sexual abuse crimes when she worked on cases in the Special Victims Unit.

Becker moved on from Montgomery County to prosecute serious offenders with the Comal County Criminal District Attorney’s Office. In her time there, she prosecuted sexual abuse crimes. Her passion for fighting for justice for sexual abuse survivors led her to D. Miller & Associates, PLLC®.

During her time away from work, Becker enjoys time with her husband, Riley Rae, her fur baby, watching Marvel movies, and two-stepping to country music star George Strait.
