D. Miller & Associates, PLLC & United Way of Greater Houston's 2026 MLK Book Drive

At D. Miller & Associates, PLLC, serving our community goes beyond the courtroom. This year, to kick off the year, we partnered with United Way of Greater Houston for the MLK Book Drive. Together, our team proudly raised more than 155 books for local students, helping build home libraries filled with diverse stories and meaningful voices. Through this effort, we aimed to ensure that children have access to books that reflect their experiences, inspire confidence, and encourage a lifelong love of reading. We are grateful to our staff and partners who helped make this impact possible.

Sneed Elementary 2025 Back to School Donation Drive

D. Miller & Associates, PLLC is proud to support local students by donating backpacks and essential school supplies to Sneed Elementary in Alief ISD. Our team believes that every child deserves the tools they need to succeed in the classroom, and this annual back-to-school donation drive is one way we invest in the future of our community.

By helping families ease the burden of school expenses, we aim to encourage learning, inspire confidence, and remind students that Houston’s “Legal Heroes” are here to stand with them both inside and outside the courtroom.

Hermann Park Volunteer Day

D. Miller and Associates are committed not only to providing exceptional legal support to our clients, but also to giving back to the community we proudly serve. As part of our ongoing community outreach efforts, our team recently volunteered at Hermann Park, located near the Houston Medical Center, a cherished green space in the heart of the city.

During our visit, we rolled up our sleeves and spent the day working alongside park staff and other volunteers to help maintain the park’s natural beauty. Our main task for the day was weeding garden beds and landscaped areas, which plays a vital role in keeping the park healthy and enjoyable for all visitors. It was a rewarding experience for our team, offering us the chance to connect with nature, strengthen our teamwork, and contribute to the well-being of our city.
